Because Seoul is the capital city

Today, I got a very simple but realistic and little bit scary answer.
I asked 3 friends about "Seoul which we can dream". I showed my move without any explanation. then they understood hardly. (Oh, isn' it a huge problem?? I think we need to think more about this problem....) After my explanation, they said "So? Do you think that problem is serious?" It wasn't the answer I expected. My freind said "I understood what kind of Seoul you want but is it really right? Seoul is the capital city. If the capital city isnt metropolitan, busy and crowd aspects, what kind of country is it?" I couldn'y reply rapidly. Seoul is the biggest city in Republic of Korea. It is the capital city's fate...
