July 1 ~ 8 / yannling
It's always a little hard for me to photograph strangers -- it's like stepping into other people's private space, so a-portrait-a-day in Seoul is a challenge for me, as much as it has been a wonderful tool to explore the city and its true mirrors of its soul -- its people... each day the message from the very first picture I took still rings true --- Seoulites appear at first to be serious...but look closer and you always find a smile among the faces..
