Forest in the Kubuchi Desert

I'd like to introduce an activity I'm taking part in.
This picture is trees in the Kubuchi desert, InnerMongolia, China.

Future Forest that is Korean NGO makes these trees planted in this desert.
Because dertification is a big enviroment issue in the earth and yellow sand from China desert is a big trouble in China, Korea and Japan.

'Make a forest in Desert' looks like impossible thing.
But somebody is making this impossible thing be possible.
