Unique View

Today had to be the hottest day of this year yet. Of course our group had to decide to work on our project for 8 hours in the blistering sun. Our first location to film was City Hall. Once we arrived, we began to search for higher groud to record from. At first, we were thinking about going into a coffee shop inside of a hotel facing City Hall, in hopes that we could get a view from the windows within the coffee shop. However, for some reason, once we reached the coffee shop on the 3rd floor, we decided to keep going up. Once we got to the 4th floor, we noticed a glass door that was slightly open that led out side. Our group members immediately made eye contact with each other, then quietly sneaked out side, making sure no one was looking. We realized that we were very lucky for the construction that was going on out side the building, which allowed us to stand on top of this hotel that directly faced City Hall. I knew that the view we had would almost be never available to anyone else. We set up the tripod and filmed for about an hour.
Our next location was MyeongDong. Our unique view of Seoul continued there as well. We went to the 5h floor of a building located at the busiest street. There was a wine bar with a terrace out side. We asked the manager if we could look around. Once we were outside, we ended up hopping a fence to access the roof of the building. We were literally at the edge of the roof of the building. Scary and dangerous perhaps, but I am certain no one ever had a view of MyengDong like we did. After about 30 minutes of filming, the manager came out side and yelled at us, threatening us with words like 'warrent' 'illegal' 'liability' and such. Our next location was DaeHakRo. This was where our only 'normal' filiming happened. Oh wait, we still climbed on top of a public bathroom building to get our shots.
It was hot, humid, and 7 hours long. But today was i gained a unique view of Seoul.
